Shipping policy

We aim to make delivery as simple and straightforward as possible.

Australian Delivery

Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide for most orders.

Orders are generally sent using Australia Post or another suitable delivery service, depending on the size, weight and nature of the items being supplied.

Some large, bulky or specially handled items may incur additional freight charges. Where this applies, we will advise you before your order is finalised.

Please note: If for any reason your order is returned to us due to non collection, you will be charged an additional freight charge for it to be resent.

Express and Courier Delivery

If you require your order urgently, Express Post or courier delivery may be available on request.

Additional charges may apply depending on the delivery method, destination and size of the order.

If you have a preferred courier or delivery arrangement, please contact us when placing your order.

Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability, your location and the delivery service being used. Some products may need to be ordered from a supplier before they can be dispatched.

Any delivery timeframe provided by Spectronics is an estimate only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Digital products, software licences and subscriptions are generally delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping timeframes.

Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If you have concerns about the delivery of an order, please contact our team and we will assist where possible.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available for selected products and destinations.

International freight charges are additional and will depend on the destination, delivery method and products ordered.

Please contact us before placing an international order so that we can confirm whether the products can be supplied to your location and provide the appropriate delivery options and costs.

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

Collection

Orders may be collected from our Brisbane office by prior arrangement.

Please wait until we have confirmed that your order is ready before attending for collection.
