Business Transition

Spectronics has recently been undergoing an important period of transition.

Inclusive Learning Technologies Pty Ltd ceased trading on 13 July 2026. The business has been acquired by Spectronics Holdings Pty Ltd and, effective 11 August 2026, continues to operate under the business name Spectronics.

Our entire team has transitioned to the new company, and we would like to reassure you that the business will continue to operate as usual. We remain committed to providing the products, services, and support you have come to expect from Spectronics.

While we are back up and running, we are continuing to migrate systems, processes and information, and we expect there may be some hiccups along the way as our team adjusts to new systems and ways of working.

We recognise that the customer experience has changed considerably, particularly for our long-standing customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to develop and improve our systems and services to provide a better experience for everyone.

Existing Orders and Customer Support

All existing orders currently being processed by Spectronics will continue to be fulfilled wherever possible. Our team will also continue to provide customer support and assistance in relation to products previously supplied.

Website and Order Processing

As part of this transition, we have launched our new Spectronics website and are continuing to migrate and update information and functionality.

During this transition period, there may be some delays in order processing while we complete the migration of systems and processes to the new company. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will continue to process orders as quickly as possible.

Important Payment Information

Spectronics Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 42 700 398 929) is now the operating entity trading as Spectronics. Please update your supplier records to reflect the new company details.

To assist during the transition, please follow the instructions below:

  • If you have received a tax invoice with an invoice number prefixed "INV", this invoice has been issued by Inclusive Learning Technologies Pty Ltd and should be paid in accordance with the payment terms and banking details shown on the invoice.
  • If you have received a prepayment request or other documentation with a reference number prefixed "PS", this relates to an order that has not yet been finalised. Please contact our team before making payment so that we can provide the appropriate payment instructions.
  • If you have an outstanding quote, purchase order, sales order, or are otherwise unsure which entity you should be paying, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
